REPARATRUCK is a mobile self-repair unit that Barcelona City Council puts at the disposal of the general public. It has all the necessary tools and a technical specialist ready to help and show people how to repair small household electrical appliances, electronic devices and bicycles.

The REPARATRUCK project is run by the social and solidarity economy entity Solidança with the aim of taking repairs onto the city’s streets and squares, and turning the public’s capacity for learning to repair into a tool for preventing waste. They also want to encourage people to learn how to carry out simple and the most common repairs on their domestic electrical appliances safely.

The REPARATRUCK service is free and lasts three hours. If you want to take part, check out where and when it will be going and register here.
