Parks and Gardens Reporting Channel
The Parks and Gardens Reporting Channel is a secure online participation channel for any individual (member of the public or institute employee) wishing to report conduct by the institute that violates the law or the principles or rules on ethical and good governance and administration set out in the current regulations.
The channel can be used to anonymously report any occurrence or incident that may constitute a crime, or a serious or very serious administrative offence, pursuant to Act 2/2023, of 20 February, governing the fight against corruption and protection of whistleblowers reporting regulatory breaches.
How does it work?
Reporting a situation via the Parks and Gardens Reporting Channel triggers an internal investigation process, and if offences or crimes are detected, the corresponding bodies will be notified.
Whistleblowers will be protected, through the mechanisms provided by law, against any possible retaliation. The identity of all those affected will also be protected during the investigation.
Who can use it?
- People with a employment relationship with the institute (past or present), or with a commercial or service-related connection.
- Interns, volunteers, those who have taken part in any public-sector recruitment processes.
- Anybody with a connection to the institute.
- The general public.
Please remember that general complaints from members of the public cannot be processed via this channel and should be submitted using Online support, the Civic Behaviour Phone Service on 900 226 226 or the Barcelona a la butxaca app.
