Equality Plan for Parks and Gardens 2023-2027
The third Equality Plan for Parks and Gardens reaffirms the commitment of the Municipal Institute of Parks and Gardens to continue working towards equality between men and women, as well as addressing other areas of inequality such as age or disability. The plan is divided into nine action areas, each assigned a specific objective, a series of indicators and measures to achieve them.
The results of the preliminary diagnosis carried out before the plan was drafted are included as a complementary document. This diagnosis can be used to analyse the results of the application of the second Equality Plan, and to obtain data on the current status of the team, both in terms of organisation and perceptions.

The Barcelona Municipal Institute of Parks and Gardens does not grant subsidies.

Code of Ethics and Conduct
The Code of Ethics and Conduct applies to all aspects of Barcelona City Council and the municipal bodies that are linked to it or its subsidiaries at any level (independent bodies, public-owned companies, municipal trading companies and companies in which the City Council has a majority shareholding, as well as consortia, foundations and associations that are subsidiaries of Barcelona City Council).
It contains the ethical principles and values of good governance that must inform any municipal activity and regulates the rules of conduct that must be observed by the people to whom it applies.
Reporting channel
The Municipal Institute of Parks and Gardens’ Reporting Channel is a way to safely and anonymously reporting actions that may constitute an offence or an administrative infringement.
Public services and evaluation
The Survey on municipal services is a quantitative study conducted on a yearly basis that collects city residents’ perceptions of the city and their neighbourhood (level of satisfaction, problems and demands, evolution, etc.) and their opinions on municipal management. The study includes the scores for municipal management in green areas.
Stakeholder register
Stakeholders are natural persons or legal entities and organisations without legal personality that, in defending their interests or those of third parties or a stakeholder, carry out activities that may directly or indirectly influence the drafting or application of public policies, the drafting of legislative proposals or decision-making.
The Stakeholder Register of Catalonia is the register of interest groups that participate in the drafting and applying public policies promoted by the Catalan public administrations. Like all other administrations, Barcelona City Council and its dependent entities are included in this register.
