Not only do they provide us with places to relax and enjoy our leisure time, they are also key elements for biodiversity and for tackling the effects of climate change.
Urban greenery is natural wealth, it is botanical biodiversity and it is an invaluable support for animal biodiversity. Plants and animals play a key role in the maintenance and growth of the city's green spaces. They cannot exist without the others. And vice-versa. And so, they form a perfect ecosystem.
The parks and gardens offer direct contact with nature right next to your home. Therefore, a city full of greenery, with a diversified flora that is attractive to fauna, is a city where life is always better.
