Gràcia

The Gràcia District Municipal Archives is a specialist service tasked with managing the municipal documents generated and received by the district bodies in the course of exercising their functions, and the private fonds and collections resulting from the donations of individuals, institutions and companies linked to their geographic area.

Their functions include:

  • Guaranteeing the right of access to documentary records.
  • Protecting this documentary heritage.
  • Encouraging the dissemination of the documentary records and history of the district’s neighbourhoods.

Picture where you can see an open wooden door that gives access to a glazed space, through which you can see the interior. In one of the windows there is written, on the upper part, "Technical Services Municipal Archive", while at the bottom there is a poster where "La Voz Gracienca" is read. Next to the door, in a reddish panel, it is indicated that it is the Municipal Archive of the District of Gracia
