Library users can use the catalogue to renew the items they have out on loan without having to travel to the library. Items can be renewed under the following terms and conditions:
- They have not already been renewed three times.
- Their return date has not expired.
- The loan card has not been blocked.
- They have not been reserved by another user.
To carry out this procedure, you need to go to the joint catalogue search screen and identify yourself in "My account" by introducing your library card number and PIN. Press "Enter" to confirm.
Once your identity has been confirmed, you will need to access "Copies currently on loan".
You will then either have to tick the "Renew" column for all the items that need renewing or press the "Renew everything" button. You will see the new data in the "Status" column.
